Through contract agreement and following documents submitted by client we supervise and analysed the following: (NDA Agreement)

• Estimate and supervise project costs submitted to property developer.
• Formulate improvement in budget expenditure.
• Supervise and adjust construction scheduling and upgrade work timetables.
• Address and review internal construction work orders.
• Determine which project management methods and strategies are appropriate for specific project phases.
• Communicate with the project director and stakeholders, budget, progress, etc.
• Understand and interface companies orders with job site workers, teams and other construction professions on technical and contract details to maximise profitability with our client and property developer.
• Work with building, management construction team and regulatory specialists in order to advance in external and internal regulations.
