Estimate and supervise project costs submitted to property developer.
Formulate improvement in budget expenditure
Supervise and adjust construction scheduling and upgrade work timetables.
Address and review internal construction work orders.
Determine which project management methods and strategies are appropriate for specific project phases
Communicate with the project director and stakeholders, re. budget, progress, etc.
Understand and interface companies orders with job site workers, teams and other construction professions on technical and contract details to maximise profitability with our client and property developer.
Work with building, management construction team and regulatory specialists in order to advance in external and internal regulations.
